Thank you for supporting 29th Dimension Jewelry. As each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we uphold the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds. Please double-check your order and apply any discount codes prior to completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective, and only within 7 days of confirmed delivery. The exchange will be for the same item or one of equal or lesser value (based on availability).

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Important Notes:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost by USPS during initial shipping, however we will work with you to resolve any inconveniences.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery confirmation.
