Order Cancellation and Returns
Our Policy
Thank you for supporting 29th Dimension Jewelry. As each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we uphold the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds.
We do not refund custom order deposits or payments of any amount. Once an invoice is paid, even partially, all funds go towards production costs. Please double-check your order prior to completing your purchase. Discounts and other promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective, and only within 7 days of confirmed delivery. The exchange will be for the same item or one of equal or lesser value (based on availability). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged due to improper packing.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Important Notes:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping*.
We are not responsible for items lost by USPS during initial shipping, however we will work with you to resolve any inconveniences. Please choose priority mail to add $100 of insurance to your order. Items are mailed out in the order they are received and processed. Shipping choice does NOT guarantee your order to be packed and shipped out within the Priority Shipping arrival time frame.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery confirmation.
