All items are handmade/ handcrafted by one person, our jeweler, Ogundele. Some of our selection is extremely intricate and can take a lot of time and InnerG to create. Consequently, orders can pile up - extending shipping times up to days, weeks or months depending on order volume.
MOST custom orders take up to a minimum of 3 weeks (business days) to 8 weeks to complete. If you haven’t received a shipping notification via email within this timeframe, your order is still being created or in queue to be created.
Expediting your order means we add it to the list of orders that are being made at the time your order was placed. This will speed up your shipping time exponentially. Most likely in 3 weeks (business days) or sooner.
